About Pool Medic

Pool Medic is a UK platform for looking after swimming pools, hot tubs and swim spas. It brings together the things that usually live in a notebook, a spreadsheet and a string of text messages: water testing and trends, a maintenance schedule, an equipment register, service history, and clear guidance on what to do next. Pool Medic AI reads your pool profile and recent readings to give advice that fits your actual pool rather than generic rules of thumb.

It is built for two very different audiences. For pool owners, it is a simple way to test and balance water, keep on top of routine jobs, and get help from a real engineer when something needs more than a test kit. For the trade, Pool Medic gives independent engineers and servicing companies their own hubs: customers, jobs, a scheduling calendar, secure job tickets for technicians, and structured service reports that capture readings, chemicals, parts and follow-up actions.

Pool Medic is built and run by the Pool Medic team, a small UK group focused on pool and hot tub care. We work closely with engineers in the field and with pool owners to shape what we build, and the platform is under active development — new features and improvements ship regularly based on that feedback.
